Nina is the founder of ALL IN. She is a design leader who builds teams, creativity and culture to deliver people-centred experiences. She has twelve years of design and research experience across energy, finance, publishing, retail and luxury fashion in the UK and internationally.
As co-writer and producer of Bird Podcast, she explores the criminal justice system and prison reform and in her passion project, 'UX of Sex,' she cultivates candid conversations about relationships, s*xual experience and desire. -
Carrie Mah
Carrie is a Purpose-driven Product Designer with over 5 years of experience launching digital products for startups, B2B SaaS companies and global brands.
She brings a versatile approach by leveraging her skills in product design, research, strategy, and web development. Carrie is now the Founder and Principal Product Designer of Carrie M Designs, where she partners with startups and large companies to deliver user-centric digital experiences and products.

With twelve years experience in design and tech, She’s worked with clients ranging from startups. government, social enterprises, and large corporations around the world. On the side, she mentors and coaches other designers and aims to bring more diversity into the industry.

James is a designer who helps growing organisations build great in-house teams and digital services. He offers sixteen years experience in software design, delivery, and leadership. James has worked with an interesting mix of organisations across industries, including Thoughtworks, OVO Energy, Springer Nature, Government of Singapore, Student Loans Company, Isotrak, BBC, and Amnesty International.

Jane Ruffino
Jane is a content designer, UX writer, strategist, and researcher. With her content design studio, Character, she helps clients of all sizes use language to shape products and services their customers will love.
Her professional experience includes documentary production, journalism, content strategy, adult education, and design practice. Jane is a frequent speaker and workshop facilitator for in-house teams, and at conferences and events around the world.
She’s also completing a PhD in the contemporary archaeology of the undersea fiber optic cable network. She lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with her partner, their daughter, and a delightfully lazy dog. -
Jess Dilworth
Jess is a user research lead, who creates the conditions that researchers need to help their teams ask, answer and apply the right questions in the service of user-centred design.
As a user research practitioner, she help teams build the right things for people.
Jess ensures that research is done collaboratively so that the insight is owned by everyone.

Jordan is a product strategist, serial venture builder, and certified business coach. After nearly 2 decades of startup-ing, including 7 years at the world's top business builder and 1x big IPO, he now helps start-ups and scale-ups boost impact by:

Malina Iorga
Malina is an emergent leader with digital strategy acumen and a focus on performance marketing/digital advertising. She has blueprinted and executed €1M+ global digital campaigns and led the digital advertising strategy for a vast portfolio of B2B tech, including cloud and IoT solutions.
Today, she is coordinating the strategic growth and positioning of the Eastern European hub of a digital transformation agency, building up the marketing department from recruitment to operationalization.
She is a growth mentor, an #IAmRemarkable facilitator, and a staunch advocate for inclusive leadership, for diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and beyond.

Margaret is a product manager based in Stockholm who loves building products that reduce the friction of day to day life in a fun and practical way. She's worked and lived in Austria, Turkey, Sweden and Kenya.
She has over 15 years experience in roles such as project manager, product manager and user researcher from ad agencies, Electrolux, Paradox Interactive gaming company, Hedvig Insurance and Willa. In her free time she likes learning new things.
She’s currently enrolled in the Dream VC Investment Accelerator program because she cares about making a positive change in the African VC ecosystem by empowering women entrepreneurs and eradicating the funding gap that impacts women founders.

Mikasa is a Senior Product Designer who makes things work using human-centred design thinking, strategy, and data.
She is passionate about understanding the detailed nuances of a product to create an experience that has a positive impact on a business and it's users.
Her strength as a data-informed product designer is the ability to simplify a complex problem space, connect the dots and identify the gaps in order to create a seamless service in both start-ups and larger organisations.

She has collaborated with startups, governments and multinational corporations across the globe. Additionally, she dedicates her time to mentoring and coaching fellow designers to foster greater diversity within the industry.

Phil a strong advocate of collecting evidence to understand the user and customer journey and using these outputs to help build a design strategy for effective business outcomes.

He loves seeing how research insights can help shed light on the chunkiest of challenges, helping organisations make informed decisions that create value for them and the people they engage with.
He believes user research should be a team sport, that it should lead to impactful change, and that it should be fun!
